As a Member of Easy Chair Surf, I agree that I am of the legal age of 18 YEARS OLD OR OLDER. I further agree that if I am NOT older than 18 years old, my account WILL be deleted & my IP WILL be banned. I WILL be reported to other traffic exchange owners.

As a Member of Easy Chair Surf, I request that the administrator does NOT give out any of my submitted personal information for any reason unless it is to protect members such as under age, illegal acts etc. This WILL ONLY be done under extreme circumstances and at the discretion of the administrator of Easy Chair Surf.

As a Member of Easy Chair Surf, I agree that I will be using an email address that does NOT lead to a nonexistent email account or a catch all account that will fill up and bounce emails. I further agree that should emails sent to me bounce, I accept I will likely have my account suspended and I MUST contact support to reactivate. ALL of my sites, banners and text links will be deleted.

As a Member of Easy Chair Surf, I MUST FULLY activate my account by surfing at least 50 sites. Once I am fully activated, my referrer (upline) will also receive their bonus credits. I will also receive my JOIN credits at this time. IF I DO NOT activate my membership, my sites, my banners and text links WILL NOT be approved into rotation UNTIL I do so.

As a Member of Easy Chair Surf, I agree to receive emails from Easy Chair Surf Administration regarding changes, problems, notifications, responses to my inquiries, acknowledgment of payments and any other information I may need. I further agree to accept emails from my upline ONCE PER WEEK. If I feel I am receiving too many emails from my upline, I agree to notify the administrator of Easy Chair Surf immediately in order to rectify the situation.

As a Member of Easy Chair Surf, I WILL NOT submit for approval any sites, banners and/or text links which are Adult Oriented, Pornographic, Illegal, Objectionable or Non Family Viewable in nature on Easy Chair Surf. I understand that if I submit such sites this WILL result in my Membership on Easy Chair Surf being terminated without notice.

As a Member of Easy Chair Surf, I WILL NOT engage in the practice known as "flooding". Each and every site I add to the text links, banners and downline builder will be sites that I actively promote on Easy Chair Surf and will contain only my referral ID.

As a Member of Easy Chair Surf, I agree NOT to submit the same site into the downline builder more than once through the use of multiple pages/splash pages etc. If I attempt to do this, I understand that my account WILL be suspended or terminated without notice.

As a Member of Easy Chair Surf, I agree that cheating in any form WILL NOT be tolerated. Cheating methods include but are not limited to the use of surf bots, programs or software of any sort that surfs for me or distributes my site to other exchanges without me being a member, duplicate accounts or IP addresses, and any other form of surfing which does not require me to actively be viewing other members sites.

As a Member of Easy Chair Surf, I WILL submit sites and banners that are fast loading in order to be seen within the timer. I will NOT submit a site and/or banner for approval that I can not control which include sites & banners with pop ups/popunders or other frame stopping or irritating gadgets. Such sites and banners are NOT allowed and WILL NOT be approved without warning.

As a Member of Easy Chair Surf, I WILL NOT submit ANY site with audio &/OR video at Easy Chair Surf. I understand and accept that these type of sites WILL NOT be approved.

As a Member of Easy Chair Surf, I WILL NOT submit any sites, banners and/or text links for approval that are rotators.

As a Member of Easy Chair Surf, I agree that if my account shows a no activity for a period of 60 days, my approved sites, banners and text links WILL be deleted in order to keep ACTIVE members surfing at the best possible speed.

As a Member of Easy Chair Surf, I agree that an ACTIVE member is a member who has at least two approved sites in the Easy Chair Surf rotation, has logged in within the last 30 days in any given period AND has surfed a minimum of 50 sites.

As a Member of Easy Chair Surf, I agree that I will ONLY email my direct referrals ONCE PER WEEK. I WILL NEVER send material that may be offensive to them. If I do, I understand that the administrator of Easy Chair Surf has the right to suspend my account without notice.

As a Member of Easy Chair Surf, I agree DUPLICATE IP ADDRESSES OR ACCOUNTS are NOT allowed.

As a Member of Easy Chair Surf, I agree all sites, banners and text links that I submit for approval MUST contain a minimum of 90% English language.

As a Member of Easy Chair Surf, I agree that in the above agreement, sites refer to the submission of sites added to the downline builder as well as sites submitted to the surfbar.

As a Member of Easy Chair Surf, I agree it is MY responsibility to check these rules for any changes which may be made or for any additions which may be added. Easy Chair Surf is under NO obligation to notify me of such changes.
